Custom Screen printing can be done on Open Center bandanas or Blank (solid colored) bandanas. If you look at the examples above, these are Open Centers. This means that artwork can be printed in the center area or "open" area. Hence the name Open Center. As a rule, the print area in the Circular Open Center is 8.5 inches (wide or diameter). For the Square Open Center, the print area is 10.0 inches square. Blank bandanas, also called solids, are solid colored bandanas with no paisley (or any other) artwork on them. Our standard blank size is 22 inches square. The print area is 17 inches square. .

Set-ups:
$50.00 per screen. Screens will remain the property of BandanaMan. All artwork

What is the difference between Custom Screen Printing and Pigment Printing? Custom Screen Printing is artwork printed on the bandana after the bandana has been manufactured. A Pigment Printed bandana includes your artwork while it is being manufactured. In other words, your artwork is IN the bandana material rather than ON the bandana. A big difference and very high quality! •

ORDERS: FAX ORDERS: Facsimile orders are accepted for straight line copy, exact repeats only. Any artwork that is faxed is not considered camera ready. CONFIRMATIONS: BandanaMan will confirm all orders via E-mail or phone. All confirmations must be marked "Order Confirmation, Do Not Duplicate" by BandanaMan. BandanaMan will not accept responsibility for duplications. CANCELLATION: Any order cancellations are subject to a $35.00 net cancellation fee, plus any applicable screen, cut or other charges already incurred at the time of cancellation, including goods (finished or unfinished) that have been prepared to meet ship date. RETURNS & CLAIMS (Unimprinted only): An RA (Return Authorization) number, signed and authorized by a representative from BandanaMan, must be issued before return of any product. Claims must be made within 15 days of shipping date, and must not be deducted from our invoice as we do not guarantee safe delivery or payment of C.O.D. shipments. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, subject to authorization and inspection. OVERRUNS & UNDERRUNS: Up to 10%, billed accordingly. SHIPPING: BandanaMan's ships FedEx, USPS and UPS. Orders will be shipped at BandanaMan disgression unless clearly specified on order. All orders are shipped FOB (freight on board) from the BandanaMan distribution center in Las Vegas, Nevada. This means that you own the merchandise from that point on. We guarantee that your items will leave the factory on or before the ship date specified in our Order Acknowledgment. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or US Customs departments or by 'acts of God'. We will typically notify you with tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. We cannot ship to PO or Drop Boxes. RUSH SERVICE: Rush service is available. Click Here for details.
